Apploi at Red Bank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts. You will assist the Director of Nursing by planning, organizing, and coordinating daily nursing services for residents in a long-term care setting.

Key duties include ensuring regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and maintaining adequate medication stock. Requires a nursing degree, CPR certification, and state licensure with no disciplinary actions.

Qualifikationen

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct care experience in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must meet state licensure requirements with no disciplinary action.

Aufgaben

• Plans, develops, organizes, and directs nursing services for residents on the floor assigned.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local regulations and facility policies.
• Reviews staff complaints and reports to the Director of Nursing as required.
• Maintains adequate medication stock and supplies on the unit.
• Contributes to assessments of residents' nursing needs.
• Makes nursing/aide assignments as indicated.
• Encourages staff participation in external training programs.
