Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• California RN license required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• 3 years' Labor and Delivery experience.
• Providence in-house nursing training or 1 year L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the Patient Care Unit to deliver quality nursing care.
• Administer the nursing unit as delegated by the Nurse Manager or in their absence.
• Supervise staff during 12-hour night shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Support Magnet-designated labor and delivery services and patient-centered care.
