Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• California RN license required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• 3 years' experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Completed Providence in-house nursing training or 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the Patient Care Unit to facilitate quality patient care.
• Administer the nursing unit as delegated by or in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
• Lead and support the night shift staff on the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Collaborate with OB anesthesia and neonatal teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
