Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for Labor and Delivery. This full-time role covers 12-hour night shifts with weekend and holiday rotations, overseeing the Patient Care Unit to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• California RN license required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.
• 3 years' experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Providence in-house nursing training or 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the Patient Care Unit to facilitate quality patient care.
• Assume responsibility for administration of the nursing unit in the Nurse Manager's absence.
• Lead the 12-hour night shift with weekend/holiday rotations in the Labor and Delivery unit.
