Providence Health and Services Santa Ana, CA is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for Labor and Delivery. The role is full-time night shift with weekend/holiday rotations, overseeing the patient care unit and supporting the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and California RN license.
• National Provider BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years' Labor and Delivery experience.
• Providence in-house nursing training or 1 year L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the Patient Care Unit to facilitate quality patient care and support the Mission and Values.
• Assume responsibility for the administration of the nursing unit as delegated by or in the absence of the Nurse Manager.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

California Registered Nurse License

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

3 years' experience in Labor and Delivery

Providence in-house nursing training or 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery
