Chelsea Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time night shift (11 pm–7 am). The facility emphasizes safe, high-quality, compassionate resident care under strong clinical leadership.

The RN Supervisor will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing staff to achieve optimal resident outcomes within an 84-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
