Job summary

Calvert County Nursing Center is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor for the 11:00pm - 7:00am shift (Mon-Fri). The RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care on the assigned unit, and ensures compliance with facility policies, procedures, and DON directives.

Responsibilities include rounds, reporting resident condition changes to physicians and families, documenting grievances, and providing education to the unit team.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities in line with federal, state, local standards.
• Ensure adherence to written policies and procedures.
• Support unit team with supervision and education.

Responsibilities
