Job summary

Stone Rehabilitation and Senior Living is seeking a Night Nurse Supervisor – RN for the 11:00PM–7:00AM shift, with rotating weekends and holidays. This full-time role requires leading nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates hold an MA RN license and CPR/BLS certification, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a long-term care setting, and strong English communication skills. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Current, active MA RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience; preferably in long-term care.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Assume responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitor conditions, follow physician orders, and apply nursing standards.
• Identify and report changes in residents' conditions and initiate or assist with interventions.
• Instruct nursing staff on policies, procedures, and compliance with standards.
