Job summary

Concord Hospital in Franklin, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Skilled and Restorative Care Unit to provide full-time night shift coverage. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a defined patient group in a therapeutic environment.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, NH RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a patient group with multi-system needs.
• Gathers data through history and physical assessments to plan and implement interventions.
• Develops and revises the plan of care; documents progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities; teaches plan of care to patient/family.
• Administers medications; provides direct patient care; leads the health care team.
• Serves as a resource person for the shift and may precept new employees.
