Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensed in New Hampshire (NH Board of Nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification via American Heart Association.
• One year of clinical nursing experience; teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment and interprets data to plan and implement care.
• Develops, evaluates and revises the patient's plan of care and nursing actions.
• Documents care and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patient and family about the plan of care; prepares for discharge.
• Manages time and resources; administers medications and provides direct care.
• Leads the healthcare team and supports shift operations.
