Concord Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Skilled and Restorative Care Unit on the night shift. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population, across multi-system issues, in a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role requires a BSN preferred, NH RN license and BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience. You will collaborate with the care team, supervise assistive personnel, educate patients and families,

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• NH RN licensure and BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to collaborate with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a patient group.
• Gather data and plan interventions based on patient needs.
• Document care and patient progress; supervise other staff as needed.
• Administer medications and provide direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and discharge.
