Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg team for 36 hours per week on night shifts in Laconia/Franklin, NH. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a diverse patient population in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include data gathering, care planning, documentation, teaching patients and families, and collaboration with the health care team. NH licensure and BLS are required, BSN preferred, with at least one year of clinical nursing

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
• One year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Bases nursing actions by applying principles of organized thinking to clinical judgments.
• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment to plan interventions.
• Develops and revises the patient’s plan of care and nursing actions as needs change.
• Documents care provided and patient progress toward outcomes.
