Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg unit on the night shift. The role involves assessing patients, planning and delivering care, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based practices.

The nurse will supervise staff and educate patients and families as part of a holistic care approach. Ideal candidates will have NH RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in NH or eligibility
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• One year of clinical nursing experience preferred or as stated in job description

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret patient data to plan and implement care
• Develop and revise care plans aligned with patient needs
• Direct and supervise care delivery by licensed and unlicensed staff
• Document patient progress and communicate with care teams
• Administer medications and provide direct nursing care
• Educate patients and families about plans of care and post-discharge steps
