Job summary

Grayson Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team for the third shift (7p-7a). You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, monitor conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and staff.

You must hold an active RN license and have experience in long-term or geriatric care. We offer a $5 shift differential, a $2500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Supervise CNA staff, assign tasks, and ensure standards are met.
• Monitor residents, administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
