Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift at our Lexington, VA facility. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for a limited time. Responsibilities include supervising LPNs and CNAs, ensuring accurate PCC documentation, and coordinating with physicians for safe discharges.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and care plan development.
• Lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs, ensuring patient safety.
• Maintain real-time documentation in PCC EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for safe discharge.
