Job summary

EmergencyMD is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time third shift (7p–7a) in a Grayson Health and Rehabilitation setting. The RN will provide high-quality care, supervise staff, monitor residents, and coordinate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regs.
• Supervise CNAs, assign tasks, train staff, ensure quality work.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, administer meds and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and plans.
• Maintain timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
