Job summary

Genesis in Lexington, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am). The role focuses on comprehensive patient care, care planning, and teamwork within a long-term care setting, using PCC EHR. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for a limited time.

Under supervision, you will assess patients, coordinate with LPNs and CNAs, and ensure quality outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. An ADN/BSN and RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate PCC/EHR documentation and ensure safety compliance.
