Job summary

Stone Rehabilitation and Senior Living is seeking an Overnight Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing staff overnight, ensuring high-quality resident care and adherence to physician orders. This is a full-time role with 11:00PM – 7:00AM shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

Candidates must hold an MA RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care, plus strong English communication. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay apply.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• 1-year of supervisory or leadership experience; preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
• Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.
