Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health and wellbeing. You will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support to residents and families.

The role requires at least 6 months of RN experience, an active RN license in the practicing state, CPR certification, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Active RN license in practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Document accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care plans.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
