Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time, night-shift schedule (4:00pm–4:30am) with a 72-hour bi-weekly pay period. The role emphasizes comprehensive nursing care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and resident-centered planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in MN or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise care delivery consistent with licensure.
