Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed RN for full‑time night shifts. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, coordinating with families and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter‑disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and address care/service concerns.
