Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver individualized nursing care during the night shift. You will use the nursing process, coordinate with residents, families, and the care team, and support care plans across shifts.

The role requires MN RN licensure, graduation from an accredited program (BSN preferred), and willingness to work rotating weekends/holidays with shift differentials and daily earnings access.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Minnesota according to state board requirements.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Coordinate care plans with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise staff as needed.
