Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for full-time evening/night shifts. You will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with residents, families, and our care team.

You must hold an RN license in Minnesota; a BSN is preferred. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, 72 hours bi-weekly, 4:00pm–4:30am shifts, every other weekend, rotating holidays, and a robust benefits package.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate licensure under NLC.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Mansioni

• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Coordinate care and educate residents and families; work with interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff within scope of practice.
