Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota seeks a licensed RN for part-time night shifts (10:00pm–6:30am) at a 79-bed long-term care facility. You will provide individualized nursing care, documenting and coordinating with the care team.

Requirements include MN RN license; a BSN is preferred. We offer night/weekend differentials, education assistance, daily earnings access, and a comprehensive benefits package. Join a mission-driven team helping seniors in a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Minnesota RN license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise staff as needed.
