Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift. You will use the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, and support health maintenance across all stages of care.
The role requires MN RN licensure, a graduate from an accredited program, and ongoing competency development. Competitive benefits, daily earnings access, shift differentials, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus
Competenze
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold MN RN license.
- Multistate licensure allowed if in an NLC state.
- Maintains required competencies and certifications.
Mansioni
- Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
- Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
