Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed RN for full-time night shifts (Evening/Night 4:00pm–4:30am) with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure quality resident outcomes in a 79-bed facility.

The role includes opportunities for advancement, education assistance, daily earnings access, and a benefits package. Must hold MN RN license and meet certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including standard RN licensure in Minnesota.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, and educate on care plans.
