Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. The role collaborates with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care in a 79-bed facility.

You will coordinate care, assess residents, and provide ongoing education and nursing interventions. The position requires MN-licensed RN with the ability to work evening/night shifts, with benefits and a sign-on option

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, educate residents and provide nursing interventions.
