Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team for 12-hour night shifts. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision, a 401(k) match, on-site health centers, and education assistance. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time night positions.

Active Colorado RN license and CPR are required. Experience with EMR and senior care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license required.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Prior senior care experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and monitor residents per state practice act.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Develop holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately and timely in EMR.
• Support residents’ preferences and family communication.
