Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time RN for the night shift (10:00pm–6:30am). 24 hours weekly, with 8-hour night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays. A $5,000 sign-on bonus may apply. Must hold an active MN RN license.

The RN will provide individualized nursing care, coordinate with families and the care team, and may serve as charge nurse. Competitive benefits offered based on status.

Competenze

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.

Mansioni

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
