Job summary

Good Samaritan in Lakota, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift assignments. The role involves delivering individualized nursing care, coordinating resident plans, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality service in a Christian environment.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, intervention and education across all phases of care, with potential to serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within licensure rules.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse.
