Job summary

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree, state RN licensure, and BLS certification; a BSN is preferred and two years of RN experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; licensure in state of practice required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years RN experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; specialty certification preferred in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Float to ministries/units across Illinois region based on competency.
• Provide bedside nursing care, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Uphold nursing standards, ensure safe, effective patient care and documentation.
