Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Regional IL Float Pool. The RN-Regional Float will float to ministries/units across a region within Illinois and Wisconsin, providing hands-on acute patient care at the bedside and collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers with 2 years of RN experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to ministries/units across a region within the state.
• Provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise assigned team members.
