Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Regional Float Pool. The role requires floating across ministries/units within IL/WI, performing hands-on acute patient care at the bedside and completing required competencies to float to designated units.

The ideal candidate has BSN preferred, 2 years RN experience preferred, and holds an RN license with BLS. The position offers a 7:00pm–7:00amNight schedule and a $20/hour float differential, with 24 scheduled hours

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensure in state of practice.
• 2 years RN experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; specialty certification preferred for float opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Support patients and families physically and psychologically; supervise assigned team members.
