Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate.

Responsabilités

• Prescribes, delegates and coordinates nursing care for acutely ill patients.
• Interacts with patient and health team while maintaining ANA standards.
• Collects data, plans, implements and evaluates patient care.
• Directs care and utilizes assistants as appropriate.
• Collaborates with patient, family and staff to create a documented care plan.
• Participates in governance, committees and unit projects.
• Documents patient responses and adapts care plans accordingly.
• Uses evidence to guide practice decisions.
