Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville, IL. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with nights from 7:00pm to 7:30am and rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (with ADN holders able to complete BSN within five years), 1+ year inpatient RN experience, IL RN license, and CPR certification. Benefits include premium pay, tuition reimbursement, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• If ADN is the highest degree, must complete BSN within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patients' condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks and function as a team member to meet unit goals.
