Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville seeks an experienced RN for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with nights from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am and rotating weekends/holidays.

The RN provides professional nursing care in line with state practice act, assesses patients, plans and evaluates care, and collaborates with the team. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) and 1+ year inpatient RN experience; Illinois RN license and CPR certification

Qualifications

Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
Associate Degree in Nursing (with Bachelor’s degree to be completed within 5 years if highest degree).
Current State of Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state act and hospital policies.
Assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, and documents observations.
Delegates tasks and participates as a team member to meet unit goals.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher
