Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, with night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am and rotating weekends and holidays.

Required include 1+ years RN inpatient experience, Illinois RN licensure, and a nursing degree (BSN preferred; ADN with a BSN within five years of start date is acceptable). CPR certification is also required.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN is the highest degree, must graduate with a BSN within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. Assesses patients’ condition, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and documents observations. Delegates tasks to staff and collaborates with the team to meet unit goals.
• Duties may vary by unit or shift.
