Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit in Naperville, IL. The position is full-time with night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am) and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 1+ year RN inpatient experience, and Illinois RN licensure with CPR certification. ADN holders must complete a BSN within five years of starting. Premium pay and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Requires 1+ year RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification are required.
• If the highest degree is an Associate Degree in Nursing, BSN must be completed within five years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois RN Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, monitor progress, document observations, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet unit goals and ensure quality patient care.
