Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an RN for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. The role is full-time with 36 hours per week and night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including rotating weekends and holidays. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required, with at least 1 year of inpatient RN experience.

Associate degree holders must complete a BSN within five years of start date. Offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly pay range that will be adjusted to a new minimum

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks and collaborate with the care team.
