Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL, is seeking an experienced RN for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit. This full-time night shift position (7:00pm–7:30am) offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, has 1+ year inpatient RN experience, and maintains IL RN licensure with CPR certification. You will provide nursing care, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit.
If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing care according to the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures.
Employs critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations.
Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and collaborates with the unit team to achieve goals.
