Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL seeks an RN for the Pulmonary Medicine Unit to provide professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies. You will assess patients, plan and evaluate care, and work within a collaborative team during night shifts 7:00pm–7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays.

Requires 1+ year inpatient RN experience and a Nursing degree with IL licensure and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher; if only ADN, must obtain BSN within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per the Illinois Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patient condition, plan and evaluate care, and monitor progress.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and work as part of the unit team.
