Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Evanston Hospital team for night shift coverage. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, Monday–Friday 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with rotating weekends. Location is Evanston Hospital, IL, and travel is not required.

The position requires an IL RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification, with at least 1 year of nursing experience. Expect premium pay offers and opportunities for growth within a supportive, community-focused system.

Qualifications

BSN degree preferred.
Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
BLS/CPR certification required.
1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
