Job summary

Incredible Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown unit in East Norriton, PA. The role requires monitoring medium to high acuity patients, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and case managers.

Night shift options, with full-time and part-time schedules, provide opportunities to develop skills in cardiology, neurology, and post-acute care. Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and experience in

Qualifications

ADN or higher nursing degree required.
Active RN license in good standing.
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac or related high-acuity setting preferred.
Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, monitoring vital signs and IV drips.
Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and use of BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and monitors.
Maintain timely and accurate patient records in compliance with policies.
