Incredible Health is hiring an RN for PCU/Stepdown in Camden, NJ. Open shifts include day and night, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem arrangements. The role emphasizes high-acuity patient care, complex treatment plans, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Required ADN or higher, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS. Experience in stepdown or cardiac settings is preferred. Compensation ranges up to six figures with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and RN license.
• 1 year stepdown/progressive care, neurology, or cardiac experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proficient in hemodynamic monitoring and ECG interpretation.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, monitoring vitals, IV drips, and indicators.
• Administer medications and execute complex treatment plans accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other clinicians for optimal care.
• Educate patients and families on managing acute or chronic conditions and equipment use (BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen).
• Maintain timely patient records in line with hospital policies.
