Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an RN for the PCU/Stepdown unit in Old Bridge, NJ. Shifts include day, night, and mid; full-time, part-time, and per diem options are available. The role requires ADN or higher and a valid RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/medium to high acuity settings preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients with careful monitoring of vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals for optimal care.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and use of BiPAP/CPAP and monitors.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records following hospital policies.
