Incredible Health is hiring for a Registered Nurse in the Philadelphia, PA area for PCU/Stepdown units. The role emphasizes high-acuity patient care with specialized cardiac and respiratory support, including BiPAP and ICU-level monitoring.

Candidates should have ADN or higher, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Experience in stepdown or related fields is preferred, with strong EMR skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year of stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or similar medium-high acuity experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients with close monitoring of vitals and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans with accurate and prompt execution of orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on managing acute or chronic conditions and use of equipment like BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen.
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records in line with hospital policies.
