Jefferson Health in Abington is seeking an experienced RN for night shift to lead unit operations and coordinate care delivery. You will act as a resource for the patient care team, ensure safe, compassionate care, and support magnet and shared governance initiatives.

The role requires an RN license in PA, a BSN or equivalent, and at least 3 years in acute care settings. Strong communication and care coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma or equivalent in nursing.
• 3 years as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and teams.
• Knowledge of patient safety and discharge planning.
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of a unit and mentor care staff.
• Coordinate patient care delivery across the continuum.
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and magnet/shared governance.
• Facilitate timely patient throughput and staff scheduling.
• Collaborate with Interprofessional teams on care plans.
