Jefferson Health in Abington, PA seeks a professional registered nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans with patients and designated care partners, addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs in line with cultural beliefs and values.

The role requires an RN license in Pennsylvania, a Specialized Diploma in Nursing or BSN preferred, and strong communication.

Formación

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and the ability to collaborate with patients, families, and care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to engage with diverse populations.
• Effective communication concepts and techniques to convey information and engage patients and families in care decisions.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and coordinating follow-up care.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and electronic medical records.

Responsabilidades
