Job summary

You will act as a clinical role model for the team, advance patient care standards, and coordinate care flow across the continuum. Participation in Magnet and Shared Governance through mentoring is encouraged.

The role requires an active PA RN license, 3 years acute care experience, strong communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
• 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient-focused care.
• Knowledge of care coordination, discharge planning and safety practices.
• Familiarity with documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily unit operations and serve as a clinical role model.
• Coordinate patient care across shifts and teams.
• Mentor colleagues and participate in Clinical Ladder programs.
• Support Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives.
• Ensure safe, compassionate, and coordinated patient care delivery.
