Qualifications

• Associate or Diploma RN from ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited program.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Active Ohio RN License.
• Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMerit per Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Sustain a working understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Support leadership in compliance efforts with CMS standards and safety best practices.
• Monitor safety and departmental policies; ensure certifications are up to date.
• Communicate safety and compliance concerns to leadership clearly and promptly.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team in shared governance and decision making.
• Apply clinical judgment; document care plans and patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing learning, coaching, and mentoring for safe practice.
• Integrate age-specific and culturally inclusive concepts into patient care.
